Roots Superchargers

  are now offering a full supercharger repair service and we are capable of rebuilding and repairing any roots supercharger (Any make, 60 and 120 degree helix - sizes 6-71 through to 18-71)

All blowers must be inspected and disassembled before a final price can be given but below is a list of services with prices that we offer.

Prices from £150

Disassemble blower, inspect, clean, crack test, restrip teflon of the rotors, check and set rotor timing and all surfaces of superchargers.

Prices from £200

Disassemble blower, inspect, clean, crack test, restrip teflon of the rotors, check and set rotor timing and all surfaces of superchargers, install new bearings and seals.

We also offer a polishing service to repolish a supercharger, front/rear cover, snout, carb adapter, idler arm, injector. Priced per job.

For blowers that have not been polished before, add £175

* Machine blower bottom

* Disassemble, inspect & estimate blower repair

* Install blower gears and set timing

* Remove and replace snout bearing and seal

* Remove and replace idler bearings

WARRANTY

Bennett Racing does not warranty superchargers used for drag racing.

Warranty does not cover new parts which fail due to alterations and/or disassembly, accident, misuse, neglect, racing, improper installation, abuse, or when used in applications for which they were not designed.
